  • A man named Karna had a father who was a charioteer
  • He was meant for great things – he wore an enchanted armor
  • He asked his mother why he had these desires
  • Years ago, his father found him floating in the river – the armor and the rings grew along with him
  • Karan learnt the way of war – he did not tell Drona that he was a Kshatriya
  • He bears his pain in silence
  • His guru would never teach the art of war to a Kshatriya
  • Avatar of Vishnu, Parshuram helped Kshatriya
  • He told Parshuram he was a Brahmin and so he learned under Parshuram
  • Karan became a strong Kshatriya – high secrets and most dangerous ways of fighting
  • A scorpion stung Karna to not disturb Parshuram
  • No Brahmin would remain silent in pain
  • Parashurama cursed Karan that the day he needs his skills the most, he would forget them  
  • Pandavas and Kauravas learnt their skills a tournament was organized
  • Arjuna displayed his archery, Karna displayed his art of war
  • He wanted to challenge Arjunas skills, and he was insulted
  • Karna was invited so he was not allowed to claim victory
  • Karna had to be of royal blood, he was found in a basket in the river
  • Their mother Kunti fainted hearing this – Duryodhana declared him King
  • Drupad the son of the king Panchal, the friendship grew stronger between Drupad and Drona
  • Drona was confident that Drupad would give him so wealth, Drupad denied making a promise
  • Drona was invited by Bhishma to train the Pandavas
  • Kauravas told the Pandavas that there would be a festival that they must come to
  • Built a wax palace that would catch fire once the Pandavas were asleep at night
  • Vidhur warned them of the threat in the “wax palace”
  • The Pandavas moved in and noticed that the palace was made of combustible material
  • Vidhur sent a miner that worked for many days to make a secret exit
  • They sent fire to the palace, the Pandavas and Kunti escaped
  • Danger could be lurking in the forest, Kunti and the Pandavas could not walk anymore
  • Bhim carried all his family members, he went to fetch water for his family
  • When he found a lake, he brought them water
  • They disguised themselves in the village they stayed in
  • Bhim killed Bakasur
  • Drona trains the Pandavas
  • A young boy emerged form the fire, Drupad’ s son
  • Another figure emerged, Draupadi – the cause of destruction of many Kshatriya
